Centre de recherche hébergé au Collegio Carlo Alberto, Turin (Directeur: Umberto Morelli). Le Centre entend promouvoir et coordonner la recherche scientifique, le partage d'informations et de connaissances, la documentation et l'enseignement au sujet du fédéralisme. La collaboration de la Fondation Triffin avec le CSF a permis l'octroi de bourses de recherche. Le résultat des travaux est publié dans Fiscal Federalism in the European Union and its Countries.
