Application Timetable

PLEASE NOTE that when appling for Eramus Mundus Scholarships a maximum of three applications
to different Erasmus Mundus programmes are allowed!!!

Application deadlines for programme admission AND Erasmus Mundus scholarships:
- December 15, 2013: for non-European students (see below for a definition) that also apply for a Category A Erasmus Mundus scholarship. The entire application package must be postmarked on December 15, 2013, and must arrive by postal mail within the week thereafter at the latest.
- February 15, 2014: for European students (see below for a definition) that also apply for a Category B Erasmus Mundus scholarship. The entire application package must be postmarked on February 15, 2014, and must arrive by postal mail within the week thereafter at the latest.
Application deadlines for general programme admission (not Erasmus Mundus scholarship):
- March 31, 2014: for non-European students (see below the definition) that do not apply for an Erasmus Mundus A scholarship. The entire application package must arrive by postal mail at the AFEPA coordination on the day indicated at the latest.
- April 30, 2013: for European students (see below the definition) that do not apply for an Erasmus Mundus B scholarship. The entire application package must arrive by postal mail at the AFEPA coordination on the day indicated at the latest.
Applicants that apply for an Erasmus Mundus scholarship are notified on their status during the month of April 2013.
Erasmus Mundus considers as European students:
- students who are nationals from the 27 EU Member States (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, UK, Sweden, Bulgaria, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania);
- students who are nationals from one of the EEA-EFTA states (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway);
- students who have resided or carried out their main activities (studies, work, etc.) for more than 12 months over the past five years (preceding the start of the academic year) in any of the above countries.
Erasmus Mundus considers all other students as non-European students.
