Description :
The group is interested in the application and development of nonlinear analysis tools such as degree theory, monotone methods and variational methods to study various problems in the theory of differential equations. This includes a variety of methods and problems concerning both ODE and PDE such as the method of lower and upper solutions, the use of symmetrizations, the study of variational problems without compactness, of homoclinics and heteroclinics, of isochronous and almost isochronous oscillators, of pendulum-type equations, of Phi-Laplacian equations.
