UNESCO - Man and the Biosphere Programme (MAB): Applications for 2012 MAB Young Scientists Awards

UNESCO MAB Young Scientists Awards: helping young people help the planet. Since 1989 MAB has been providing 10 young researchers each year with awards of up to US$ 5,000 in support of their research on ecosystems, natural resources and biodiversity. The deadline for the 2012 MAB Young Scientists Awards applications is 15 February 2012 (see link below). Alle applications must be endorsed and signed by the respective MAB National Committee before they are submitted to the MAB Secretariat. Applications should reach Federal Science Policy no later than 15 January 2012 by mail
