Description :
We aim at studying the mechanisms underlying the neural control of movement, interacting with vision. We are deeply involved in developing mathematical models in neuroscience. Our theoretical work is based on experimental data collected in our laboratory. Currently, we investigate the following research projects in our group : the role of sensory inputs, internal models and cognitive factors in oculomotor control; eye-head coordination; the influence of micro-gravity on motor control; eye-hand coordination in rhythmic tasks (juggling); clinical applications in ophthalmology (Duane syndrome).
