Practical information for international students

Starting from the menus on the left side of this page, you will find all kinds of practical information that will guide you when preparing your stay as an international student at Université catholique de Louvain.

Please take into account that sometimes procedures may be different depending on the nature of your study project at UCL, i.e. pursuing a degree (regular degree student) or earning credits to be transferred to your home university (exchange students).

Exchange students in particular should also have a look at the Section "Faculties and Departments" of this guide, which includes specific information about their host Department: Orientation day, buddy system, hints for choosing courses, etc.
