Finance - FIN

 

The Finance & Accounting Group (FIN) at the Louvain School of Management (Louvain-la-Neuve Campus) is dedicated to high quality teaching in the area of corporate finance, investment, controlling, financial accounting, management accounting and auditing offering courses at the Bachelor, Master and Doctoral level.

The main research interests of the Finance Group (Louvain-la-Neuve Campus) include various issues of mergers & acquisition, market regulation, private equity, entrepreneurial finance, management accounting and auditing.  More details are available on the Research website.

The current group is composed of 10 full-time and part-time faculty members, 12 guest lecturers and 10 PhD students.

This Fondation Banque de France Prize recognizes her thesis on "Non linear Exchange Rate Dynamics : From Short to Long Term". This thesis was supervised by Professor V. Mignon (Université of Paris Ouest Nanterre and CEPII). The price, amounting 3 000 € was awarded on 9 September 2011, at the occasion of the 60th Annual Congress of the French Economic Association, jointly with the prize of the AFSE.
