This page describes the admission procedure to a study programme for all students nationals from outside the European Union.

Admission
If you wish to enrol as a postgraduate student at UCL, please :

1. download :
   - the admission form
   - the financial provisions 
   - the cost of University studies , if you wish to know the cost of a study year at UCL
   If you intend to bring your family with you during your studies, please also download:
   - the financial plan  (or plan de financement  )
   - the pledge of financial support 
   These documents are available in PDF format. If you don't have the viewer software for this format (Acrobat Reader), you can download it for free. 
2. print, complete, date and sign the admission form and the document(s) concerning the financing of your studies.
   You can take a look at our panel of programmes  if you wish to know the content of all our educational programmes and the heading of the programme of your choice.
3. add the supporting documents requested in the admission form. Please send a file as complete as possible. 
4. send these documents back to the "Secrétariat des étudiants" by post mail.

The following letters will be sent to you:

• an acknowledgement of receipt of your file;
• the decision of UCL concerning your admission after treatment of a complete file.
   

Important remark

• There are limited possibilities of financial aid granted by the French Community of Belgium, the Belgian state and the European authorities. In order to get acquainted with them, we recommend contacting the Belgian diplomatic representation in your country. It is also very advisable to consult the UNESCO publication, "Studies Abroad".
