Events Team

Would you like to organise a student activity or cultural event? The Events Team can help you with:
  • Information on the possibility to participate in the social and cultural life on both campuses, through the Point de repère in Louvain-la-Neuve and the Passage in Brussels.
  • Support for your socio-cultural initiatives and information about the different possibilities to obtain subsidies for your event.
  • Guidance in your negotiations with UCL services or services outside UCL.
  • The official acknowledgement required by the material-loaning centre of the French-speaking Community (Naninne) to be allowed to make use of their services.
  • Training sessions (“Vas-y pro”) for students who are active in the organisation of activities, in collaboration with the association Univers-Santé.
  • Active participation in the organisation of certain activities or projects: stewards for the 24-hour bicycle race, the Itineris project, the theme housing fair, etc.
  • The organisation of temporary exhibitions at the Point de repère.
