Masters Programs

Sudents holding 

  • A “bachelor” in economics and management (or 180 credits equivalent)
  • Or a master degree in economics of at least 240 credits

will find at the ESL a supple access to a wide range of professional specializations and research fields.

They will enjoy a training environment open to the diversity of economics issues and recognized by both professional and scientific circles.

1. The Master 120 in Economics

This one- or two-year master allows the students to make up a personalized program combining an important general training and specific objectives :

  • The Professional focus master allows the students to gain an expertise in a specific field according to their career objectives.
  • The two reseach focus masters prepare the students to a high level career in the field of research or to a job of high responsibility in the private sector.
  • The didactic master is designed for the students who wish to become teacher.

2. The Master 60 in Economics

The master 60 allows the students to gain an excellent training in economics in one year. The students can make up a personalized program according to their previous knowledge. It is the ideal option for students who already hold a degree in another field.

3. The Advanced Master in International and Devolpment Economics

This Advanced Master in International and Development Economics, supported by the Committee for University Cooperation for Development, is open to students from all countries that already hold a graduate degree and have a strong interest in development in its international context. The program is organized around two main themes. On the one hand, it examines macroeconomic and trade policies and their contribution to long term growth. On the other hand, it analyses public interventions and instruments to reduce poverty and inequality. Emphasis is put on institutional structures and the causes of their inefficiencies.
