Research
The IRES (Institut de recherches économiques et sociales ¬– Institute for Economic and Social Research) promotes fundamental and applied research in economics. Research activities are undertaken from various perspectives, including purely theoretical models, general equilibrium, computational economics and calibration methods, econometrics, case studies, and historical analyses.
We encourage our staff members to publish articles in leading international journals, and we record the number of publications, citations and presentations by our staff members. The Research Director’s Annual Report provides a detailed description of our academic output and scientific impact.
