Educational framework

Each course will offer teaching using on-line documents, animated Powerpoint presentations, on-line and dynamic syllabus, and on-line chat forums.
A tutor will supervise all participants. The tutor will serve as the liaison between professors and participants, the forum moderator and organizers.
Candidates will also be able to speak with professors either by telephone or direct appointment.

Certification
The certificate consists of courses totaling 20 university credits. There will be an evaluation for each course: written work to submit or an oral examination by videoconference. A certificate in International Relations and Conflict Analysis from the University will be issued to each candidate who passes all of the courses
