Public transport season tickets
Once the UCL Office of the Registrar has registered an enrolment, the student is automatically sent a registration notice and various official documents, including proof of student status for public transport travel, which contains the FASE number of UCL required for purchasing a train or bus season ticket.
This proof of status remains valid throughout the current academic year.
Nevertheless, students wishing to purchase a “combined” season ticket (train/bus, train/STIB, train/bus/STIB) must also provide a supplementary document, which is not issued to them automatically but is available on this page or on request.
Students should print out and complete this supplementary document, depending on their situation:
This supplementary document must only be completed by the applicant (student) and never under any circumstances by the UCL Office of the Registrar. Moreover, the student must attach the proof of student status for public transport travel provided by the UCL Office of the Registar after registration of his or her enrolment (see above).
