The final circular has been sent in March 2010 to all persons who have pre-registered, who have co-signed an accepted contribution, or upon request.

The symposium will begin on Monday, July 12, 2010 at 8:30 a.m. and will end on Thursday, July 15, 2010 at 4:00 p.m.

The symposium office will be located at the entrance of the conference room. It will already be possible to register on Sunday July 11, from 2.00 to 7.00 p.m.
LUNCHES AND DINNERS
Lunches and dinners will be available at the University cafetaria, near the conference room, or in restaurants and snacks. Meals are not included in the registration fee.
SOCIAL EVENTS
Belgian beer party and buffet
The traditional Belgian beer party and a buffet will be organised on Monday 12 July after the Poster Session.
Conference dinner
The Symposium dinner will be organised on Wednesday, July 14, at 8:00 p.m., in "Le Centre Belge de la Bande Dessinée" (Belgian Museum for Comic Strip Art), a beautiful Art Nouveau building in Brussels.
A coach service will be organised between the symposium site and the dinner place.
Participants who wish to attend the dinner should indicate so on the registration form. Payment has to be made in advance and added to the registration fee (70€).

We have established a discounted fee (380€ for Ph.D. students, who will be requested to provide a university doctoral programme registration. This fee includes a copy of the proceedings book.
The fee is 650€ for registrations made after June 10, 2010 and/or for late payments. This also applies for payments made on the symposium site which should be made exclusively in cash (€ only).
The fee includes a copy of the Proceedings, refreshments during the breaks, the Belgian beer party and buffet on Monday 12, transportation from and to the recommended hotels. The Proceedings will be published by ELSEVIER SCIENCE PUBLISHERS b.v. (Amsterdam) in an issue of the Studies in Surface Science and Catalysis series. The volume of the proceedings will be available at the registration desk.
