Oral presentations
Authors will have 20 minutes to illustrate the main topics of their contribution(s). Another 10 minutes will be reserved for discussion.  
30 minutes (plus 10 for discussion) are allocated for extended communications.
A data projector will be available.  Presentations should be in Powerpoint 2003 compatible format.  
They should be sent by email before the conference in order to be checked for compatibility and stored on the conference PC.
Use of personal laptop should be limited!

Best oral presentation delivered by a young researcher (Ph.D. student or young post-doc)
An award, consisting in 2 catalysis books donated by Wiley, will be presented at the end of the congress to the best young oral speaker.
Prof. Sophie Hermans, assisted by chairmen/women, will manage the selection.

Poster sessions
The poster sessions will be organised in rooms next to the conference room.
One 1-meter wide panel will be available per poster.

Poster session I

The authors of even numbered posters will be requested to prepare their posters on Monday, July 12, between 1 and 3 p.m. and leave them until Tuesday evening.

Poster session II
The authors of odd numbered posters will be requested to prepare their posters on Wednesday, July 14, between 1 and 3 p.m. and leave them until the end of the conference.
