You are requested to make your own reservation through direct contact with the hotel.
We have made several pre-reservations in the hotels mentioned hereunder. Availability and rates are valid until May 15, 2010.
Should you encounter problems in finding a room, please contact us.
(A few rooms are available in guest houses in Louvain-la-Neuve; price around 35€/night - contact francoise.somers@uclouvain.be for reservation).
Accommodation is recommended in hotels
- in Louvain-la-Neuve
- in Wavre (10 Km North of LLN)
- in Waterloo (35 Km East of LLN)
- in Brussels (35 Km North of LLN).
Everyday from Monday 12 through Thursday 15, a special coach service will be arranged from the recommended hotels in Wavre and from the Mercure hotel in LLN, to the symposium site.
N.B. As of April 29, 2010, "Le Relais" is fully booked.
As of May 27, "Hotel Mercure" is fully booked. June 29: One room left in "At Home Hotel Wavre"
