The Admission Procedure 2010-2011 is closed (except for students who apply for doctoral training).

Your wish to join our University to start or pursue your Higher Education at UCL and you hold one or more non-Belgian diploma ?

You will first need to fill the online application form.

In order to treat your request in the most efficient way, you are invited to complete the form as precisely as possible.

As soon as your application form has been successfully forwarded to us, we will acknowledge receipt by email at the address mentioned in the form.  You will also be given the reference number to be used in all further correspondence.  In a further message, you will be informed of the following steps of the procedure, ie what documents to send, to whom and to which address.

UCL covers a wide range of programs in many fields of studies (35 bachelor’s degrees, 200 master’s degrees and 61 advanced master’s degrees and PhD and Doctoral studies)

For the following fields of study:

Architecture and Urban Planning, Criminology, History, Art and Archaeology, Information and Communication, Philosophy, Sciences, Agronomy and Bio-engineering, Engineering Sciences, Motion Sciences, Legal Sciences, Political and Social Sciences, Psychology and Educational Sciences, Veterinary Sciences, Economics and Business Management, Theology.

--> UCL - Louvain-la-Neuve (Bachelor's degrees, master's degrees, advanced master's degrees)

--> UCL - Louvain-la-Neuve (PhD and Doctoral studies)

Specific obligation: students wishing to register for the first time for a Bachelor program in Veterinary Medicine, Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation or Psychology and Educational Sciences, logopedia option, are in the obligation to present themselves at the Louvain-la-Neuve Students Office with the additional registration form according to the specific measures resulting from the implementation of the 16th june 2006 decree.

For the following fields of study :

Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Dental Sciences, Medical Sciences (Public Health studies included in Medical Sciences).

--> UCL - Bruxelles Woluwe (Bachelor's degrees, master's degrees, advanced master's degrees)

--> UCL - Louvain-la-Neuve (PhD and Doctoral studies)

Admission request schedule:  Do not wait until the last minute!

You are not a National of the European Union, we must receive your application form by May 3rd 2010 latest.

You are a National of the European Union, we must receive your application form by August 30^th 2010 latest.

Your already live in Belgium ? The deadline for applying is September 30^th 2010.

Please note:
This planning does not apply to the doctoral training. You can indeed apply for doctoral training at any moment during the Academic Year.
