The Louvain School of Management - Campus LLN is composed of four departments, which are:
The Finance Department (FIN) at IAG-Louvain School of Management is dedicated to high quality teaching in the area of corporate finance, investment, controlling and accounting, offering courses at the Bachelor, Master and Doctoral level. The main research interests of the Group include various issues of mergers & acquisition, market regulation, private equity and entrepreneurial finance.
The MARK Department coordinates and ensures teaching and research in the field of marketing, while being based on theories and concepts proposed by various scientific disciplines (psychology, statistics, economy, econometrics, etc). 
  • Strategy and Organization composed of the POGE and REHU units
The Corporate Strategy and Managerial Economics (POGE) unit is concerned with the competitive behavior of European firms. Teaching and research activities encompass the topics of business policy, international management, innovation, entrepreneur-ship and organizational change.
The Human Resource management and analysis of organizations (REHU) Unit is active in research in the field of organisational analysis and human management of profit and non-profit organisations. Using the wide range of disciplines of its members (management, history, sociology of organisations, industrial relations, psycho-sociology, organisational psychology), this unit seeks to develop an interdisciplinary analysis of the issues raised by the current evolution in modes of work organisation and in managerial practices: flexible management of production and labour, skills-based management, multiplication of atypical labour contracts, increased rhythm of changes, telecommuting and networked companies, multinationals, etc
  • Operations and Information composed of the POMS and ISYS units
The Production, Operation Management and Management of Science (POMS) unit does teaching and research in the area of production and operations management according to three disciplines: Empirical research based on data collection and statistical and econometrical data analysis methods; Conceptual analysis of organizational phenomenons and principles based on economical analysis models of management; and Development of operational methods for solving management problems based on mathematical modelling and operation research techniques.
The Information systems (ISYS) Research Unit at UCL focuses its teaching and research activities on enterprise information systems development. ISYS is part of the IAG-Louvain School of Management. ISYS research deals with issues from human-machine interactions to knowledge management through databases design and management, data cleansing, data mining, decision-support systems, requirements analysis and specifications, e-business, ERP II and Web applications, object and agent-oriented technologies, or development methodologies (for example RUP/UML/COCOMO) of information and knowledge systems.
