Students from the European Union
Please send two different files (one original + one copy) containing the following documents, not fastened together, in the indicated order to the person responsible for your dossier. Important: the photocopies of your higher education qualifications and of the marks you obtained for each year of higher education must be certified in the original. This can be done by the higher education institution or by a local authority (city hall, ...).
- A print of the online application form (pdf) joined to the email that you have received. Please sign.
- A recent certificate of your nationality or a photocopy of your passport or a photocopy of your national identity card
- A covering letter (for a Master with a professional focus, you should give reasons for the choice of the focus or the option) (optional for Erasmus Mundus students)
- A double-sided photocopy of your certificate of secondary education with details of the marks you obtained in the final examinations
- A certified copy in the original of all your higher education qualifications (or proof of results if certificates are not yet available)
- A certified copy in the original of all the marks you obtained for each year of higher education since leaving secondary school with details of the results you gained (results for years where a pass was not obtained must also be provided).
- If necessary, original proof of activities you have undertaken the last 5 years, including the dates of each activity (proof of employment, internships, etc.)
- A detailed curriculum vitae, dated and signed
- A certificate, diploma or other formal proof of your knowledge of French (DELF, DALF, TCF or other official recognition) if you have not done your studies in French (this is not necessary if the program is entirely taught in English)
Particular cases:
- Students who want to apply for the Master 120 Programme of arts in Management or the Master of arts in Business Engineering have to provide a *certificate of success in one of the two following tests : GMAT (website) or TageMage (website) (exception: CEMS members) and a *certificate of success in the TOEFL test or the IELTS test if they have not done there studies in English.
- Students who want to apply for the Master 120 of arts in Architecture (at Tournai or at Brussels Saint-Gilles), have to send a book presenting the works they have accomplished in their former architecture institute or engineering school.
All these documents should be in the original language. For languages other than French, English, German, Italian, Spanish or Portugese, they should be accompanied by a translation done by a certified translator.
Once we have received all these documents, we will send you an email to explain what will happen next.
We would like to emphasise the fact that we cannot process your application if you do not provide all the documents required by the deadline and in the indicated order. We hope you understand this.
When you will come to enrol (between 1st and 30st September), you will be asked to show the originals of all the documents of which you made copies.
Students from outside the European Union (and non assimilated with Belgian Students)
Please note: after April 30st 2013, students who are not nationals of the European Union and are not living in Belgium are not allowed to send a new admission dossier for 2013-2014 (except special authorization). If you are in this case, it's useless to send your documents.
