How to reach us

MOST  members are located in two different buildings on the campus of the Université catholique de Louvain (UCL), in the city of Louvain-la-Neuve.
Louvain-la-Neuve is located approximately 30 km South-East from Brussels. The city can be easily accessed by train, car, or even bike. MOST facilities are within walking distance from the train station (10 min.). 

The group of heterogeneous catalysis and chemistry of divided materials is located in the BOLTZMANN and DE SERRES buildings, on the 1st floor, Croix du Sud 1, 1348 Louvain-la-Neuve (+32 (0)10 47 35 91).

The other groups of MOST are located in the  LAVOISIER building, Place L. Pasteur 1, 1348 Louvain-la-Neuve (+32 (0)10 47 28 31).

If you travel by train, please take a ticket with the final destination 'Louvain-la-Neuve Université' only (not 'Louvain' which is an entirely different city). You may either take a slow hourly train stopping in Louvain-la-Neuve, or take a faster train on the Namur-Luxemburg line, exit in Ottiginies, and take a commuting train to Louvain-la-Neuve. Then walk to MOST (Louvain-la-Neuve is a pedestrian city) as shown on the map.

If you travel by plane through Brussels international airport, go downstairs after arrival to take a train to Brussels, then connect to 'Louvain-la-Neuve Université' in Brussels North Station. Refer to the paragraph above for details.

If you travel by car, please contact us in advance to obtain a car park entry right to the campus of UCLouvain. A map of Louvain-la-Neuve is given to help you locate us.
 
Parking in LLN
Since 2006, parking on the UCL site is regulated: visitors must be in possession of an authorization to park.
With your car registration number and a 10-digit identification number that we shall communicate to you, you can print yourself this paper from the website http://www.uclouvain.be/10138.html. This paper should be placed visibly in your car.
