Regulation Doctoral Commission (CDD-santé)

The  doctoral Regulation from the Académie universitaire 'Louvain' applies to any PhD student regardless of the institution of the Académie universitaire 'Louvain' in which he is registered and the field of study concerned.

It applies to PhD students as from the academic year 2005-2006. It will also apply to candidates admitted before or during the 2004-2005 academic year, who have not completed their thesis at the end of the academic year 2011-2012.

It is the doctoral Commission from the Académie universitaire Louvain (in abbreviation, the CODAL) which is responsible for the development and update of the doctoral regulation and compliance of this. The CODAL also has a role for arbitration and appeal in case of litigation.

The doctoral regulation of the Académie universitaire 'Louvain' has several annexes :

The amount of the tuiton fees is fixed at the beginning of each academic year.
