Shared Flat

Shared flats are composed of 3 up to 12 student rooms and have a shared kitchen, showers and toilets. The shared flats can be either mixed or house exclusively female or male students. The bedrooms are private and are equipped with a bed and mattress, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. Crockery and bedding are not provided. 

The rents range from € 219 to € 281 per month. The costs for water (cold and hot), heating, insurance and cleaning of the common rooms are included in the rent. In addition to your rent, you will be sent an electricity bill every two months. This bill includes includes lighting, sockets in the private bedrooms and common rooms and the electrical equipment of the kitchen. The amount is calculated by dividing the total consummation by the number of inhabitants.

Students have to pay a warrant of € 130 for their room.

The duration of the lease can be either 10 or 12 months, starting on 15 September. 

An inventory is drawn up when you move in and when you move out of your accommodation. 

The rider of your lease contract contains additional information regarding your accommodation, such as: the house rules, security instructions, cleaning of the flat, payment of the rent and additional costs, the cancelation of your contract, etc.
