How to invite a visitor

A CORE member who is planning to invite a short or long term visitor to CORE should submit an application to ExCom (Francisco Santana Ferra). To be considered at the monthly ExCom meeting, a complete application should arrive by the first day of that month.

In the case of short visit (no longer than two weeks), the application should contain:

   1. Visitor's CV
   2. Precise dates of the visit
   3. Short description of the research plan of the visit
   4. Anticipated contribution to the CORE DP series
   5. An indication whether a CORE seminar is planned
   6. Financing of the visit and source of funding

In the case of a longer visit, the application should contain:

   1. Visitor's CV
   2. Precise dates of the visit
   3. Description of the research plan of the visit
   4. Anticipated contribution to the CORE DP series
   5. An indication whether a CORE seminar is planned
   6. Description of a possible contribution to teaching activities of CORE
   7. Financing of the visit and source of funding
