Intern

Each year, UCL hosts a number of interns.

Interns are supervised by a "Maître de stage" (academic supervisor). The internship may or may not be part of a course programme.

Each request to do an internship should be sent, via the Dean, to the Rector, along with the "convention de stage " (internship contract) correctly filled out by the parties and signed by the academic supervisor and his/her Dean.

Interns taken on by UCL is entered on the "rôle des étudiants" in a special ‘extra-programme’ category and will have to pay a small tuition fee. Following payment, the intern will be given a magnetic ‘exchange student’ card with which s/he can access various facilities.
