The CECL organized the fourth edition of the Learner Corpus Summer School on 8-12 September 2014.
The focus of this year’s edition
was phraseology, one of the most promising areas of research today, with major implications for second language learning and teaching. The programme centred on the intersection between phraseology and learner corpus research. The summer school was a truly international event with 29 participants from 17 different countries, both in Europe (Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Russia, Sweden, United Kingdom) and outside Europe (Australia, Canada, China, Iran, Japan, Saudi Arabia and the United States).
