Erasmus/Mercator

The EPL has agreement with many universities in Europe and all over the word. A list of destinations is available in the UCL website. Pay attention: sometime the agreement are only for a specific domain.

The university offers some grant for outgoing students (Erasmus, Mercator). 

Procedure

The selection procedure is common to all EPL programs. You should apply for Mercator program in January and for Erasmus program in March.

To apply you should 

• check the list of partner universities;
• establish a course list with the agreement of the computer science program committee;
• find a co-supervisor for your master's thesis if you want to spend a full year aboard;
• write a motivation letter.

The selection committee decides taking into account your academic results, the destination (agreements between universities are for a limited amount of students) and your motivation.
