Content
Study of various questions relating to the difficulties encountered in the perception of art and which hinder learning (obstacles, preconceived ideas, problems of cultural heritage, evolution of assessment criteria, etc.).
Observation and discussion of practices observed in the field (museums and heritage sites). Students carry out practical work on the design and organisation of different educational services and the analysis of their audiences (problems related to reception, guidance through the rooms, didactic presentation of the rooms, design and implementation of the educational service's programme). Following these critical observations, the student designs, applies, analyses and discusses an original museum or heritage mediation module for a target audience.
