Content
The topics covered during the course include:
- Clinical research methodology
- Prominent approaches to couple therapy (e.g., Behavioral; emotion-focused; psychodynamic; and systemic)
- Applications of of couple therapy to intimate partner violence and infidelity
Teaching methods
The lectures will be face-to-face. If the health situation related to COVID has deteriorated, other options will be considered.
Attendance at the course is strongly recommended as it is an interactive course with exercises to be carried out.
Evaluation methods
The assessment includes a written MCQ exam and/or open questions (80% of the grade). Students will also be asked to complete group work that will be presented in class (20% of the grade).
