The aim of the Robert Triffin international Foundation chaired by Baron Alexandre Lamfalussy is to keep vivid the scientific and intellectual legacy of Robert Triffin (1911-1993), especially in the fields of international monetary system, finance, economy and social sciences.
The Foundation seeks to contribute to a better understanding of the current economic issues through academic lectures (Chaire Triffin at Université catholique de Louvain), research programs, scientific events and publications. These activities are designed for students, researchers, academics and decision makers as well.
