Our missions:

  • Inform the Students about the access conditions to the University
  • Enrol the Students and manage their administrative dossier
  • Deliver to the Students the cards, passes and documents linked to their enrolment
How we work :
  • The Students' Office team is distributed on five sites (see above, "A team at your service").
  • The management team consists of Anne Van Laethem (Head of Office), Patrick Royez (Assistant in charge of the Belgian Students), Anne Lekeux (Assistant in charge of the International Students) and Agnès Ransy (Executive Secretary).
  • The Students' dossiers are managed on the site on which the programme is followed.
