Division of Social and Organizational Psychology

Welcome to the website of the Division of Social and Organizational Psychology. Our Division covers, both in terms of research and teaching, the fields of social psychology (both fundamental and applied), organizational and occupational psychology, psychology of religion and cross-cultural psychology.  The members of the Division are working in their field at a decidedly international level, be it as members of various European and international networks or in editorial teams and editorial boards of several first-class scientific outlets.

Among the many issues that are of importance in our societies, the work of the Division focuses mainly on intergroup relations, stereotypes and discrimination; cognitive biases; conflicts and negotiation; religions, identities, values, and acculturation; management of human resources; work and unemployment.
