  • Matthieu de Nanteuil is a full professor at UCLouvain and Dean of the Louvain School of Management. After 7 years working for private and public companies in the area of work organization, labor relations, and social change, he has joined UCLouvain to teach sociology to non-sociologists, especially students in economics and management. At LSM, he teaches economic sociology, organizational theory an epistemology of management, has co-founded (with Alain Vas and Pierre Meurens) an Executive Master in Business Coaching and Organisational Development, and has been the coordinator for the last EQUIS accreditation (2019). His main research areas are (1) values and value conflicts in the workplace and (2) the relationship between economic activities, peace, and violence, especially in the Global South. Among his last publications: Justice in the Workplace. Overcoming Ethical Dilemmas (2021, Edward Elgar Publishing); Introduction à la sociologie économique (2022, De Boeck, with Thierry Amougou); Le monde selon Adam Smith. Essai sur l’imaginaire en économie (2022, PUF, with Anders Fjeld). He is also the inventor of a specific training scheme (“serious game”) dedicated to help people share and overcome ethical dilemmas and value conflicts in the workplace, called Ethical Dilemmas in Contemporary Organisations (EDICO).

  • Paul Belleflamme is a full professor at UCLouvain and Vice Dean (LLN site) at Louvain School of Management. His main research area is theoretical industrial organization in the digital economy. Paul has published widely in leading economics journals and is the author of Industrial Organization: Markets and Strategies (2015, with Martin Peitz), The Economics of Platforms: Concepts and Strategy (2021, with Martin Peitz), and Platform Strategies. A Guidebook for Entrepreneurs in the Platform Economy (2023, with Nicolas Neysen).

  • Ingrid Poncin is a Full Professor of Marketing at UCLouvain and Vice Dean (Mons site) at Louvain School of Management. She is in charge of the PARTENAMUT-IPM_DIGITAL MARKETING CHAIR. She completed her Ph.D. in Marketing at FUCAM (Facultés Universitaires Catholiques de Mons, Belgique – Louvain School of Management) for which she received the “Gouverneur Cornez Award”. She is a qualified researcher (HDR) from Lille II University, France. Her research interests concern the use and measurement of affect in marketing and consumer experience and behavior in the Digital World. She is also developing research on gamification, engagement, customer empowerment, presence, social sharing as well as personalization.   • Isabelle Schuiling is a Professor of Marketing at UCLouvain. She is specialized in Digital Marketing and International Marketing. She is the LSM Vice Dean for International Affairs and also the Academic Director of the CEMS programme for the Louvain School of Management. Before her academic career, she was a European Marketing Director at Procter and Gamble Europe as well as a Member of the Management Committee of P&G Belgium.

  • James Thewissen is Associate Professor of Corporate Finance at UCLouvain and Vice-Dean of Corporate Relations and Communication at Louvain School of Management. My research interests include corporate finance, sentiment analytics, sustainable finance, econometric modeling, machine learning, and international finance. I provide guidance on the development of machine learning methods to optimize the reporting of financial and ESG information for leading corporations. I also serve as an expert at the European Commission and conducted projects for the National Bank of Belgium. My research has been published in leading finance and accounting journals such as Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Journal of Corporate Finance, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, European Accounting Review, Journal of Banking & Finance and International Review of Financial Analysis, Journal of Business Finance & Accounting, among others. Other work is currently in revision in other leading UTD list journals, e.g. Information Systems Review. Finally, I recently finalized some studies on the application of artificial intelligence methods to identify topics discussed in ESG reports and their value relevance for investors.
