General Information
Ephemerides Theologicae Lovanienses (ETL), founded in 1924, is a quarterly publication by professors of Theology from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and the Université catholique de Louvain (Louvain-la-Neuve).
Each volume totals ca. 1300 pages.
Issues 1 and 4 contain articles, book reviews and chronicles in various languages (English, French, German, Dutch).
Issue 2-3 represents the annual Elenchus Bibliographicus, an extensive bibliography of books and articles which appeared during the preceding year. The bibliography (ca. 15,000 entries) covers the entire field of Theology and Canon Law: History of Theology, History of Religions, Old and New Testament, Fundamental and Dogmatic Theology, Sacramentology and Liturgy, Moral and Pastoral Theology, and Canon Law.

Les Ephemerides Theologicae Lovanienses (ETL), fondés en 1924, sont une revue trimestrielle éditée par des professeurs de théologie de l'Université catholique de Louvain (Louvain-la-Neuve) et de la Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
Chaque volume comprend environ 1300 pages.
Les fascicules 1 et 4 contiennent des articles, des recensions et des chroniques en diverses langues (anglais, français, allemand, néerlandais).
Le fasc. 2-3 contient l'Elenchus Bibliographicus annuel, une vaste bibliographie de livres et d'articles qui ont paru l'année précédente. La bibliographie (ca. 15,000 titres) couvre l'ensemble des disciplines en théologie et droit canonique: Histoire de la théologie, Histoire des religions, Ancien et Nouveau Testaments, Théologie fondamentale et dogmatique, Sacramentologie et Liturgie, Théologie morale et pastorale, et Droit canon.
À la Revue est annexée une collection de monographies, la Bibliotheca Ephemeridum Theologicarum Lovaniensium.

Ephemerides Theologicae Lovanienses (ETL) wordt sinds 1924 uitgegeven door professoren van de faculteiten Godgeleerdheid van de Katholieke Universiteit Leuven en de Université catholique de Louvain (Louvain-la-Neuve).
Jaarlijks worden vier afleveringen gepubliceerd, ongeveer 1300 blz.
Fasc. 1 en 4 bevatten artikelen, diverse bijdragen, boek-recensies en kroniek geschreven in verschillende talen (Engels, Frans, Duits, Nederlands).
De fasc. 2-3 brengt een Elenchus Bibliographicus met de bibliografie van het voorbije jaar, boeken, en tijdschriftartikelen. De bibliografie (ca. 15,000 titels) behelst het gehele gebied van theologie, godsdienstgeschiedenis, Oud Testament, Nieuw Testament, Fundamentele en Speciale Dogmatiek, Moraaltheologie en Pastoraaltheologie, Sacramentologie en Liturgie, Kerkelijk Recht. Deze systematische Elenchus is een ongeëvenaard werkinstrument voor het theologisch onderzoek.
