The course is divided into two main sections:
  1. Introduction to New Forms of Organization: This section covers the major historical models of work organization and their contemporary extensions.
  2. Introduction to New Forms of Employment: This part explores the evolving socio-economic context affecting the labor market and the employment relationship.
The various themes and developments are analyzed through the lens of human management.
 
 
 
Teaching methods
The course combines theoretical lectures with preparatory reading seminars. Students explore theoretical texts, prepare topics in advance, and apply their knowledge through discussions and case studies. A field study complements the learning experience by exposing students to the realities of the workplace.
 
Evaluation methods
The course assessment is continuous and progressive
