Content
The communication audit course aims to introduce students to various models for diagnosing and intervening in the different dimensions of an organization's internal communication.
For each dimension or facet of internal communication, we will highlight the methods used to conduct a diagnosis. The second part will cover the formulation of recommendations, while the third part will address various intervention approaches. Throughout the course, we will maintain a critical and reflective perspective on the role and stance of the organizational practitioner.

Teaching methods
The course will introduce students to various models and approaches used in communication auditing. For each approach, the theoretical and methodological foundations will be presented. Additionally, the course material includes podcasts featuring professionals who share insights into their communication auditing practices.
As the course is taught at both the Louvain-la-Neuve and Mons campuses—across four different master's programs and at varying times—theoretical sessions will be replicated on each campus and consolidated into four intensive sessions. Practitioner testimonials are pre-recorded and available via Moodle. In addition to these scheduled classes, several Q&A sessions will be held throughout the semester. Finally, each group will receive guidance from the instructor and the teaching assistant through coaching sessions as they work on their projects.

Evaluation methods
Assessment will be based on both the group audit project and individual results from multiple-choice tests.
Working in groups, students will be required to conduct a series of narrative interviews within an organization to gather examples of internal communication issues (as defined in the course). Based on these accounts, students must apply one or more audit models presented during the course.
The weighting of the grade components will be announced during the first class session. A self-assessment and peer-assessment system will be implemented to evaluate the contribution of individual group members. The group project grade will be adjusted for each member based on these peer and self-assessments.
In the event of a collective failure regarding the group project, the work must be resubmitted during the second exam session.
In the event of an individual failure due to non-participation in group work, the course instructor will assign an individual project to the student concerned.
