Content

The diagnostic phase is the first stage of the communication project. During this phase, the student must familiarize themselves with the organization and its environment, then conduct an analysis based on a methodology defined in consultation with the supervisor and the partner. This work must result in a diagnosis of the organization's communication (in the broad sense) and a set of recommendations for the organization, paving the way for an implementation phase.

Teaching methods

The approach involves alternating between the assignment within the organization and coaching sessions—which may be individual or, potentially, group-based. Where appropriate, the latter may be held on campus. Attendance at coaching sessions is mandatory and factors into the assessment.

Evaluation methods

Continuous assessment (student progress during the assignment) and assessment of the diagnosis (methodology, quality of recommendations and analysis).
No retake session available.

Other information

The Professional Immersion courses (Diagnosis Module and Implementation Module) are part of the Professional Immersion option. They are closely complementary.
