To celebrate UCLouvain’s 600th anniversary, we invite you to a unique day dedicated to you, our staff!

After an intense year, it's time to relax, explore...and party! Join us in Leuven for a fun, festive and unforgettable get-together with your colleagues.

On the programme: it’s up to you!

🔍 An afternoon of exploration starting at 2.25pm

Choose your adventure:

• Theme tours: explore Leuven in a different way with our local guides who have a thousand anecdotes to share!
• Self-guided exploration: explore with an interactive app, at your own pace, on your own or with colleagues.
• Game of discovery : take on fun challenges and solve riddles as a team.
• Bike rally: sporty types can cycle to Leuven from Louvain-la-Neuve or Brussels – an offbeat way to get to the party.

Registered staff will be given the afternoon off to participate fully in the festivities, subject to their supervisor’s agreement and their entity’s service requirements.

We prefer you use public transport so that you can fully enjoy the party:

• shuttles will run from Louvain-la-Neuve, Brussels and Mons at various times during the afternoon and evening; 
• also consider carpooling via the university’s Carpool platform.
