As a UCLouvain student or an exchange student who has taken an ILV language course as part of your Annual Programme, Doctoral Programme or Learning Agreement, the most official certificate you can receive is the 'Transcript of Records' sent by your Faculty !

As a staff member of UCLouvain - in good standing in terms of course and exam enrolment - you can obtain a "Certificat de notes" (only 1 certificate per language, indicating the last level acquired) after the deliberations, to be requested using the online form below :
A placement test, an orientation test or a level test does NOT allow you to obtain a certificate or to progress to the next level without having taken a course at the Language Institute of UCLouvain !
