Les mécanismes épigénétiques sont essentiels pour établir et maintenir les programmes d'expression génique qui caractérisent les différents types cellulaires de l'organisme. La dérégulation de ces mécanismes peut entraîner des maladies, y compris le cancer. Les travaux de notre groupe de recherche portent sur les causes et les conséquences des altérations épigénétiques dans les tumeurs (lien vers le labo).
