CECL member receives 2025 TIRF Doctoral Dissertation Grant

We are delighted to announce that Tingting Wang, a doctoral researcher co-supervised by Prof. Magali Paquot of CECL, is a recipient of the 2025 Doctoral Dissertation Grant (DDG) from The International Research Foundation for English Language Education (TIRF).
The TIRF DDG program supports outstanding doctoral candidates in applied linguistics and English language education. Her doctoral research, conducted at Nanjing University and UCLouvain, is titled "Validating Automated Measures of Phraseological Competence in L2 Speaking: Evidence from Human Judgments".
