Multi-Output Conformal Regression 

Abstract: 
This presentation offers a unified comparative study of conformal prediction methods for multi-output regression. While conformal prediction provides robust, distribution-free coverage guarantees, its application to multi-output problems remains challenging due to output dependencies and computational costs. We structure several methods, including different conformity scores, into a common framework to highlight their methodological differences and connections. Finally, we evaluate their empirical performance on a variety of real-world tabular datasets.
