We are organising a collection of festive “shoeboxes” for the subsidised grocery shops on our campuses. The aim is to create Christmas gift boxes containing products that beneficiaries can enjoy over the holidays.
Shoebox contents:

festive hygiene or beauty products:avoid white-label products

non-perishable festive food: toast, tapenades, chocolate, non-alcoholic drinks, ...

a holiday greeting card with a note
-
a little extra gift : a game, a decorative element, or any other creative idea, ...

avoid fragile objects; make sure they are well-protected
-
packaging: gift-wrap the box; consider using zero-waste gift-wrap
-
boxes are not gendered
Please note: no alcohol in the boxes
Collection dates:

Louvain-la-Neuve: from 11 to 15 December, between 12.30pm and 2.30pm, and on the day of the holiday reception, in the entrance hall of the Halles universitaires

Brussels Woluwe: from 11 to 15 December, between 12.30pm and 2.30pm in the AREC office (Mairie 2nd floor > Promenade de l’Alma 31)
