What is this day about?

This day gives PhD Students the unique opportunity to meet other IREC PhDs, and to share experience and knowledge.

Poster sessions take place as well as oral presentations, for PhDs to be able to share their projects. Therefore, it is encouraged to have a look at what your neighbouring lab is doing especially during the poster sessions.

Prizes will be given at the end of the day for the best poster and oral presentations by our jury members. You will also be invited to vote for the best poster and oral presentation to award the “public prize”! The prize ceremony will be held at the end of the day, which will be followed by a PhD night event so that we can continue talking about our research and continue getting to know each other!

What does attending include?

  • Participation in scientific sessions (poster and oral).
  • Sponsor stands, goodies, coffee breaks and lunch.
  • Scientific award ceremony and closing dinner.
