Bio | Présentation
Alexandre Piron is a full-time teaching and research assistant in European law at the UCLouvain School of Law and a member of the Charles De Visscher Center for International and European Law (CeDIE). He holds an advanced master's degree in Intellectual Property and ICT law from KU Leuven (2024) and was awarded first prize in the student category of the 2025 ECTA Award for his master's thesis. His research focuses on consumer protection in the digital environment, particularly the legal challenges posed by AI-driven business models.

Alexandre Piron est assistant d'enseignement et de recherche à temps plein en droit européen à la Faculté de droit de l'UCLouvain et membre du Centre Charles De Visscher pour le droit international et européen (CeDIE). Il est titulaire d'un master de spécialisation en droit de la propriété intellectuelle et des technologies de l'information (KU Leuven, 2024) et a remporté le premier prix dans la catégorie "étudiant" du ECTA Award 2025 pour son mémoire. Ses recherches portent sur la protection des consommateurs dans l'environnement numérique, en particulier les défis soulevés par l'intelligence artificielle.
