Amandine J. Orsini (PhD in Comparative Politics and International Relations from Sciences Po Bordeaux, 2009; née Bled) is Professor of international relations at the UClouvain Saint-Louis – Bruxelles, Belgium, where she teaches International Relations and International Organizations. She specializes in global environmental politics and is, among others, Jean Monnet chair EUGLOBALGREEN (2022–2025), and the principal investigator of the FSR-FNRS funded Youth Earth research project (2021–2024) on youth participation in the international negotiations related to climate change, biodiversity, and sustainable development issues. She is also a member of the EUNMUTE research project (2022–2025) and in particular its research package on the environment. Since October 2024 she is FSR research chair Global Cleav-Age (2024-2026) on the project “Global Cleav-Age: Climate and Permanent Diplomacy through the Prism of Age”.
