Co-Researcher in the EduSur Group and member of the Working Group on Educational Policies and Right to Education at CLACSO. Recognized as the top graduate of the bachelor’s program and awarded honors distinction in the master’s degree. Experience as lecturer in the following universities in Ecuador: UNAE, ESPE, UNL, and UCatólica.
The PhD research project examines the Professional Learning of Distributed Leadership from a critical and political perspective, employing mixed methods. Fieldwork of study: Ecuador.
