Academic position at UCLouvain
The Faculty of Public Health and the Institute of Health and Society at Université catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain) in Belgium are opening a 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 on the 𝐵𝑟𝑢𝑠𝑠𝑒𝑙𝑠 𝑊𝑜𝑙𝑢𝑤𝑒 𝑐𝑎𝑚𝑝𝑢𝑠, with possibility of tenure after a successful probationary period.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Teach courses on community health and health promotion
- Conduct research on community interventions, social justice, and stakeholder participation using qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods
- Supervise Master’s and PhD theses, develop a research team, and participate in faculty and institutional activities
𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲:
- PhD in public health, health sciences, social sciences, or humanities
- Teaching and research experience, including fieldwork, is appreciated
- Strong commitment to social justice and community participation is also desirable

La Faculté de Santé Publique et l’Institut de recherche Santé Société ouvrent un poste académique à temps plein en Santé communautaire sur le campus 𝐵𝑟𝑢𝑥𝑒𝑙𝑙𝑒𝑠 𝑊𝑜𝑙𝑢𝑤𝑒 avec possibilité de titularisation après évaluation positive de la période probatoire.
𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 :
- Enseignement en santé communautaire et promotion de la santé
- Recherche qualitative, quantitative ou utilisant des méthodes mixtes, dans le domaine de la santé communautaire et de la promotion de la santé, avec une attention spécifique aux interventions communautaires et à la justice sociale en santé.
- Encadrement de mémoires et thèses, mise en place d’une équipe de recherche et implication dans la vie universitaire

- Docteur·e en santé publique, santé ou sciences humaines/sociales
