I'm a work, social and health psychologist. My doctoral dissertation dealt with the "glass ceiling" phenomenon. I'm Professor (Associated) of work and occupational health psychology at the UCLouvain (Belgium). I'm currently working on the association between working conditions and workers' well-being, with a particular focus on homecare professionals as well as on discrimination towards LGBTQIA+ persons (in and outside work).
