EXCALIBUR : Experimental and Computational Analysis of monopile extraction: Leveraging Innovation and Better Understanding for Renewable offshore wind energy

The institute of Mechanics, Materials, and Civil Engineering at UCLouvain (Belgium) will soon open 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 targeting excellent profiles in the following domains: Applied Fluid Mechanics, Civil and Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Mechanical Design

During a meeting organized by the WEL Research Institute, Minister-President of the Walloon Government Adrien Dolimont, met Professor Aude Simar. He observed the demonstrator which was produced using solid-state additive manufacturing with friction stir technology (RESSusCItAM project).
