Turning DEI Promises into Action: What About Disability?

Bridging the gap between diversity, equity and inclusion policy and practice investigates why DEI commitments often fail to translate into real inclusion for employees with disabilities. Based on interviews in Belgium and France, the study highlights key obstacles such as limited managerial engagement, unclear or inaccessible information and the growing cognitive demands of work. It also points to effective levers, including strategic partnerships, supportive managers and accessible communication. A concise roadmap for turning inclusive intent into everyday reality.
